Why it ranks
It is the appliance version of cold plunging: setpoint, sanitation, app. That is the job most US buyers name even when they say “ice bath.” Full argument: best cold plunges and is Plunge worth it.
What we will not say
- We did not calorimeter the chiller in a 120°F ambient chamber. Plunge publishes that claim; we repeat it as theirs.
- We do not treat 37°F as medically superior to 50°F.
