A panel is a pile of LEDs, a driver, and a claim about milliwatts. We ranked brands that publish wavelengths, that do not hide the irradiance method, and that have a skip-if. Solar-meter brag sheets are not spectroradiometers. Joovv still wins some jobs anyway.

Best PEMF mats (2026)

A consumer PEMF mat is a low-intensity pulsed field, often plus infrared heat and a pile of stones. We ranked programmable intensity, warranty, and honesty about not being a clinic system. Pulse-class clinical gear is a different budget and a different conversation.
