How we scored PEMF mats
The job is published field settings plus a mat you will use. We weighted frequency/intensity disclosure, heat as a usage feature (not a miracle), warranty, weight/size, and a hard line: no disease claims. Stones are aesthetic mass.
What consumer PEMF is (and is not)
Pulsed electromagnetic field devices span bone-growth stimulators with indications and lifestyle mats with presets. This ranking is the second pile. Intensities in Gauss/milligauss and frequencies in Hz should be on the spec sheet. If the pitch is “recharge your cells” without numbers, skip it.
Evidence limits
